Our family could not have had a better experience working with Snowy Pines White Labs! We are so fortunate to have received such a sweet and smart puppy! Everyone we spoke to from Tom and Jenny to Julia and Sandra were extremely professional and helpful. Our puppy took part in training (Wagology 101) with Julia, who was excellent not only at training, but at communicating with us throughout the process. We received phone calls, text messages, pictures, and videos. Snowy Pines was also very accommodating with delivering our puppy to us. Juno is a wonderful addition to our family. We highly recommend Snowy Pines White Labs.

READ THIS! There is a reason that Snowy Pines has 5 stars everywhere you look. If you’re on the fence, just visit them, you will fall in love with Snowy Pines and the dogs, they have a top notch facility and one is being built currently that looks really awesome! We drove from Central Indiana to check out this place and we are so glad we did. From the first call with Jenny, we knew we were at the right place. All of our questions were answered, calls were returned promptly, and Jenny even gave us the recommendation of a place to stay when we came out. Royal on main was fantastic, thank you for the suggestion! The day we went out, we were running behind due to construction traffic, this was on a Friday, Sandra and nice girl that trains the pups (I am sorry I forgot her name) stayed later for us to visit and meet all the pups. The interaction / tour was amazing, we played with so many pups including mama Nova, Everest, and Bolt! The little puppies were adorable! This review just will not do Snowy Pines justice, but the way the dogs and puppies are cared for is just simply amazing! We picked up Riley almost a week ago and she is perfect and everything we hoped for. Thank you to Tom, Jenny, and Sandra for Riley, she is a blessing to us and we really enjoyed working with you and hope to work with you in the future. We were hooked after watching the first puppy-cam live stream! As first time dog owners, we could not be happier with our little guy “Kit” and with working with the dedicated staff at Snowy Pines.

We opted for the advanced college training and are so glad we did. Not only did we bring home a puppy with discipline and skill sets, but we also received a little guy that sleeps through the night. Most importantly Kit is now geared to be a life learner. The staff listened to our life style needs and the tailored some of his learning exercises accordingly including Kayak training!

If you are someone looking for a terrific companion, we would strongly encourage you to consider the folks at Snowy Pines.

We are lucky to have recently added two Lab pups from Snowy Pines to our family. These dogs are not only beautiful but they are very healthy and have beautiful dispositions. Dealing with everyone at Snowy Pines from my first phone call to the day our girls arrived on our doorstep-was a complete pleasure. We were always in the loop, no question was ever left unanswered and we had so many opportunities to watch the pups on video and received lots of picture updates. We are planning to have another Snowy Pines lab join our family next year. Snowy Pines is a extremely reputable professional breeder. You are in great hands with them!

The staff is EXCELLENT at Snowy Pines !!! Everything about my experience was First Class. I visited their facilities twice before picking up my girl and had an exceptional experience both times. We love our Snowy Pines Lab. Our Lab (Scout) the best 🐶. We hope to add another one soon….I wouldn’t even consider another breeder !!!

Snowy Pines White Labs has been excellent in responding back by phone or email when I had questions prior to my puppy being born and after pick up. Our puppy is wonderful. We could not have picked a better breeder and facility to get our puppy from. At pick up, the staff were very warm and welcoming and made sure both the puppy and I were comfortable and equipped to go home. I have already had people stop and ask me where I got the puppy. I would highly recommend Snowy Pines to friends and family.

From start to finish Snowy Pines was amazing. They took their time and walked me through the entire process. They gave me constant updates and even delivered our beautiful puppy to us.

the past 20+ years, I have been impressed by the quality of our recent addition. Milo is incredibly smart, already well trained at 4 months and handsome to boot. He gets along well with our older dog and after a few short weeks, we can’t imagine our life without him. Gorgeous white coat, strong retrieval instincts. and a gentle personality!

We could not be happier with our Snowy Pines puppy! Right from the beginning of the reservation process, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Any questions were answered quickly. While we would’ve loved to have been able to travel to meet the Snowy Pines team and pick up our puppy, COVID stood in our way. We were very happy to get weekly pictures and to watch live streams frequently. We feel the puppy that was chosen for us matched exactly what we said we were looking for. He loves the water already, has a wonderful personality, and training has been quick. We seriously cannot recommend Snowy Pines enough!

Hey! I just wanted to reach and thank you for the experience and the new addition you have added to our family. I could tell by just from the one phone call I had with you that your puppies were a top priority to you. Our breeder we started with 23 years ago is slowing down so it was a big step for us to find a new breeder we were comfortable with- thank you for taking away any concerns I had. From start to finish the whole process was great. With all of the communication, updated photos and video feeds we felt like we really got a great idea about your puppies and approach – despite never stepping foot onsite until the day we picked her up. Everything was top notch and was even better in person!

Now, I’m still not sure if our older lab enjoys having to share her stuff just yet but she is starting to come around…

Here are a few pics of Jackson.
Just want you all to know that he is the best lab!!!  We have really enjoyed watching him grow over the last few months.  He gets a lot of attention, and is spoiled rotten.  He has such natural retrieving abilities, and is smart.  We live on a golf course, so I take him out every evening with a tennis ball and he wears it out.  He never barks at people out walking in the neighborhood, and just wants to always make new friends.

We feel we are lucky to get such a good dog, but I’m sure all of your dogs are the same.  Thanks again, and if we every have anyone interested in a fine retriever, we will pass along your name.

My snowy pines puppy is great! He’s beautiful, incredibly smart and has a great demeanor. I couldn’t make a trip to pick out my puppy but they made the selecting process so easy when it was time to choose with tons of pictures and videos. He constantly gets compliments about how handsome of a dog he is, very blocky and strong. He’s very calm but still loves to play and it’s very gentle with other dogs and little kids. Can’t say enough great things!

Our Chase is so patient and polite! He’s been a gentleman and a compassionate loving dog from 8 weeks old. He LOVE s hugs and kisses and is so affectionate. He learns most things in four or five repetitions. I don’t know how they socialize these pups to be so exceptional in eight weeks but our dog is clearly the result or good treatment and generations of great breeding. He’s been a blessing and not an ounce of trouble.

We have the best baby girl in the whole world ! She is beautiful and super cuddly! Thanks snowy pines !!

Wow!! What a wonderful experience, I would give them 10 stars if that were possible. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. I canceled my order for a puppy twice due to Hurricane Harvey and offered to forfeit my deposit both times. They would not hear of it! I now have a beautiful, well mannered, well trained little gentleman. I can’t say enough. I live in Houston and feel like I’ve made a new friendship in Arkansas. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went back and looked at pictures of sage and it’s remarkable how much she really does look like sage in her facial expression more than I expected but she still has that bit of moon in her as well. The experience of me coming down to your property and picking her out and taking hwe home with me was the most memorable thing I’ve ever done in my life – even more so than giving birth to my twins because I was completely Anesthetized and wasn’t awake to experience it LOL.

We wanted to say thank you for all you have done for our family. We made it home today and everyone is happy!!

We just wanted to let you know that our little guy ‘Rudder’ is adjusting just perfectly. His best buddy, 7 ½ month old Lab, Hudson and 8 ½ yr old Rockee, Auzzie are all loving him and are so gentle.
